Google Toolbar with sidewiki

Google just updated my browsers toolbar and added something called sidewiki.

First thought is that I do not like it. It locks comments to Google toolbar, not making it availble for anyone who visits a page. The content is not published as part of the web page, and I think that web page editors prefer to control all aspects of their own web page.
